1. The Classic Way

Ingredients: 

– 200 to 300 grams of Acai Brazil
– Half of a small banana

Method:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for a suggested time of 20–45 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Be careful not to over blend as this will cause the acai to melt. Pour the acai into a bowl and add your choice of granola and garnish by adding the left over banana diced.

2. Acai Berry Banana Bowl

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups of Acai frozen
– 1 frozen sliced banana 
– 6 frozen berries 
– 2/3 almond milk (or milk of choice) 
– 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter 
– ½ to 1 tablespoon honey 
– 2 cups of Acai frozen 

Method:

Add the frozen fruits, acai puree, almond milk, nut or seed butter and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk is needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen yoghurt consistency.  

3. Super Food Acai Bowl

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups of Acai frozen 
– ½ Banana 2/3 cup of coconut water (or liquid of your choice)

Method:

Combine in blender and blend. You can choose to top with granola and remaining banana.  

4. Acai Banana and Peanut Butter Bowl

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups of Acai frozen 
– ½ cups frozen berries 
– ½ banana 
– ¼ cup yoghurt 
– 1 to 2 tablespoons peanut butter 
– 1 cup granola

Method:

Mix together the acai, banana, yoghurt, agave nectar and peanut butter and in the blender until smooth and combined. Scoop into a bowl and add the granola on the top with banana slices.  

5. Berry-licious Acai Bowl

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups of Acai frozen 
– ½ banana 
– 4 strawberries 
– 4 blackberries 
– 1/2 almond milk    

Method:

Blend the banana, strawberries, blackberries, acai, almond milk and ice. Once blended pour it in to a bowl. Top with blackberries, blueberries, granola, almond butter, coconut yoghurt and drizzle with honey.  

6. Berry Blaster

Ingredients: 

– 100 grams of Acai Brazil
– 50 grams of blackberries
– 200 ml of fresh pear juice
– 1 tablespoon of honey

Ingredients: 

– 100 grams of Acai Brazil
– 200ml of either milk/almond milk/rice milk/soy milk/   hazelnut milk/coconut water
– Handful combined of blueberries and raspberries
– 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
